Accessing the Support Portal

First Time Login

The first time you visit the support portal, you'll need to set up a password. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Go to https://support.aiola.com/
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your email address and click "Send reset email".
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link (make sure to check your spam folder for an email from "aiOla").
  5. Follow the link provided in the email to create a new password.
  6. Save your new password for future logins.

Navigating the Portal

Once you're logged in, you can access a wide range of resources designed to enhance your experience with aiOla.

Portal Resources

  • Articles: Click on "See all articles" to access training materials and informative videos.
  • Tickets: To view the status of a support ticket or to submit a new one, click on the top right menu and select "Go to Customer Portal". You can search or filter tickets based on your needs.
