      Is the data saved after switching off the mic?

      Yes, The transcript box is to provide you feedback on what aiOla headed and later what it has understood. By switching the mic off, aiOla will be in standby mode, meaning it does not listen and the transcript box will be reset. All previous data has already been saved as you have spoked.
