Dynamic vs Static Flows

AiOla solution offers the next two Flow/Item types:

  1. Static: a list of items for a specific execution that is fully defined and fully closed periodically
Example: a list of checks that need to be done by a mechanic for the certification of a vehicle

  2. Dynamic: A flow that has no predefined items, but has a definition for the values needed in case an item is being added by the user during the execution of his procedure
Example: a delivery man will open an incident report for a complaint done by the customer he just finished delivering for. he will initiate a new Item with Predefined questions (Values) for him to fill out regarding the complaints

    4. Item Values will be Empty

Deletion of an item is not yet supported.

Using Speech/Voice

When utilizing Speech/Voice functionality with aiOla, you can seamlessly create new items through speech commands. This feature is fully functional and powered by a pre-trained model.

To ensure accurate performance, it's essential to train models to recognize when a user intends to create a new item and distinguish it from editing an existing one. This distinction is crucial for smooth user experience and accurate processing of commands.

Please note the following considerations when creating a new item with speech:

  • Synonyms: The system may incorporate various synonyms to enable users to use "Free Speech" as much as possible. This allows for natural interaction with the system.

  • Predefined Item Title Structure: Despite the flexibility in speech input, aiOla adheres to a predefined item title structure when creating new items. This structure typically consists of a predefined prefix followed by rising chronological indexing to maintain organization and clarity.

By leveraging Speech/Voice capabilities in aiOla, you can enhance productivity and streamline their workflow through intuitive voice commands.

Some examples of creating a new Item with Speech include but are not limited to:

  • "Create a new report"
  • "Open a new case"

Note: When creating a new item, you can continuously report the values of the item without waiting for it to be created first.
For example: "Open a new case, set the manager to Alexander and incident type to Safety"
